Operating Days: Monday to Friday
Our warehouse team operates from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Transit Time (Shipping Duration)
Once your package is handed over to our carrier, the transit time to your destination is as follows:
Estimated Transit Time: 7 – 15 Business Days
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
We ship to all destinations listed on our website. While we aim for these timelines, factors such as customs inspections or logistics delays beyond our control may occasionally extend these periods.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
muousa.us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, VAT, and customs duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. Please double-check your details at checkout.
