You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
